2026 New Releases

We think this is the strongest L.A.S. Vino release to date. There is quality, diversity and a something unique and interesting in each of the wines released this year. The 2025 vintage was close to perfect. All of the wines made this year are single vineyard wines hand- picked on a single day during vintage 2025.  This is a collection built on quality, diversity, and genuine rarity.  We are really proud of each of the wines represented.  Several of these wines are one-offs — never to be repeated. When they're gone, they're gone.

Albino Pinot Rosé 2025 Fermented with yeasts cultivated from native Australian wildflowers, this is unlike any Rosé you've tasted before. Delicate, distinctive, and almost certainly the most delicious and original Rosé made in Australia this year.

SBDB Sauvignon Blanc 2025 Forget everything you think you know about Sauvignon Blanc. Grown organically and biodynamically, then fermented in a combination of clay amphora and large-format oak, the SBDB tastes more of place than variety — complex, textural, and quietly extraordinary.

Southern Seas Chardonnay 2025  From a vineyard closer to Cape Leeuwin in the south of the cape, deep in Karridale.  This single vineyard brings a fresh and compelling new expression to our chardonnay portfolio. Granny smith apple, ice cream, lemon, lime, wet stone and sea salt. Elegant, silky smooth , fresh and delicious. Think chablis with a bit more oomph.

Old Vine Pinot Noir 2025 From some of the oldest  pinot noir vines  in Western Australia. Hand picked, whole bunch natural fermentation to create a  light-bodied yet structured wine full of strawberries and light red berries. Serve chilled for extra points.

Franco 2025 — 2 barrels made Medium-weight, generous, and rich with dark chocolate and mulberry. Sadly this vineyard was ripped up following harvest so this will be your only chance to taste this delicious wine. From a single vineyard in Karridale.

Nebbiolo 2025 — 1 barrel made 350 kilograms of fruit. Hand-picked, fermented for ten days, basket pressed by hand directly to barrel. After twelve months aging with no fining or filtration, it was bottled straight from the barrel by hand. This is as minimal, honest, and rare as winemaking gets.

A NOTE ON RARITY

The Pinot Noir, Franco, Nebbiolo, and SBDB are all single-run wines. Made once, in quantities that won't last. If you've been following L.A.S. Vino for a while, you'll know what that means.

Don't sit on this one.

Full tasting notes and vineyard details are available on each individual wine's page.
