Every year as our barrels mature, we loose a small amount of wine in evaporation. The French call this 'Le  part des anges' or the angels share. Obviously one of the reasons angels are so joyful. 'Le part des anges' is the wine we offer you direct your door twice per year. Our wines normally sell out quickly, we want to reward those loyal to us with first access to our new release wines, limited releases & hand bottled wines, events and access to our personal cellar & back vintages.
