2018 L.A.S. Vino Cab Franc
Hand picked from a beauitful twenty year old south facing vineyard in the center of Willyabrup, Margaret River. Bunch and berry sorted prior to being fermented as whole berries with no crushing. We did minimal extractive work on the wine, doing a light pump over once a day. The wine was pressed to barrel and left to mature for 10 months. No fining (vegan friendly), and a light filtration at bottling.
2018 L.A.S. Vino Pirate Blend
The Pirate Blend contains three Portuguese varieties: Touriga Nacional for structure and depth. Tinta Cao for aroma and finesse. Sousao is the darkest berry I know, and you know what they say, the darker the berry, the sweeter the fruit. All the fruit was hand picked from 40 year old dry grown vines in Yallingup. The wine was both bunch and berry sorted prior to softening for 12 months in mature French oak from the forrests of Allier.
2018 L.A.S. Vino Cabernet Sauvignon
"It's a sumptuous cabernet loaded with dark fruits of black cherry, blackcurrant, and dark chocolate. A little bay leaf and meaty, prune-like characters add further to the engaging mix. Lively palate supported with grainy tannins and fine-grained oak. Excellent wine." -The West Australian
