L.A.S. Australian Wild Ale Barrel #2


A farmhouse ale brewed with water from our dam, grains sourced from the wheatbelt of W.A. and Australian Hops. Naturally fermented and aged in barrique prior to a secondary ferment in bottle. These ales are released as 240 bottle singular barrel batches after bottle conditioning.


Barrel #2  

An ale with premium pilsner malt, dam water and cascade hops, fermented on and with organic biodynamic yeast lees from our CBDB. Left to mature in a singular barrel for two years, where a souring flor developed. Hand bottled and left to referment in the bottle before release.
