A farmhouse ale brewed with water from our dam, grains sourced from the wheatbelt of W.A. and Australian Hops. Naturally fermented and aged in barrique prior to a secondary ferment in bottle. These ales will be released as 240 bottle barrel batches after bottle conditioning.


Barrel #1 Albino Pinot Natural 

An ale with premium pilsner malt, dam water and cascade hops, fermented on and with Albino PNO yeast lees. Left to mature in a singular barrel, where a souring flor developed. Matured for a year prior to hand bottling.
