2019 L.A.S. Vino Pinot Noir (Barrel Release)


A very limited very unique release. 


Willyabrup chardonnay juice naturally fermented on the skins of pinot noir for 10 days and drained directly to barrel where it matured for 14 months with no additions prior to hand bottling direct from barrel with a small addition of sulfur at bottling. Finished with black wax by hand. Only 200 bottles made. 


This is our personal favourite from 2019. We have questioned of possibly not releasing this wine and drinking all 200 bottles ourselves.A combination of red and white grapes with the best attributes of both. Its 12% alcohol,  structured yet light and crunchy and very very drinkable.
