Tastes: Dark, brooding, forrest floor, mulberry and cherry
Hand picked from a beautiful twenty year old south facing vineyard in the center of Willyabrup, Margaret River. Bunch and berry sorted prior to being fermented as whole berries with no crushing. We did minimal extractive work on the wine, doing a light pump over once a day. The wine was pressed to barrel and left to mature for 10 months. No fining (vegan friendly), and a light filtration at bottling.
This is the little brother to our 2018 L.A.S. Vino Franco. The perfect winter red.
