Tastes: Dark, brooding, forrest floor, mulberry and cherry
Hand picked from a beautiful forty year old north facing vineyard in the center of Willyabrup, Margaret River. Bunch and berry sorted prior to being fermented as whole berries with no crushing. We did minimal extractive work on the wine, doing a light pump over once a day. The wine was pressed to barrel and left to mature for 18 months. No fining (vegan friendly), and bottled straight from barrel with no filtration
