We believe in creating beers and ciders that express a sense of place. For us, that place is Margaret River, Western Australia. With fresh water from springs, dams and rainwater tanks. Mixed yeast cultures taken from the flowers and plants near the water sources or from the grapes that grow abundantly in the south west. Grains from the vast wheatbelt area of Western Australia, and Australian grown hops. The farmhouse cider is made using 13 different varieties real cider apples from the cooler hills of Denmark in the great southern. These real cider apples are full of flavour, texture, tannin and character, and to our knowledge the only real cider apple trees planted in W.A.

A seasonal, sessionable table beer exploring the unique water sources between Cape Leeuwin and Cape Naturalist. Using only Australian ingredients, W.A. grain, Australian Hops and Margaret River water from natural springs, tanks and dams. The source of which changes with each batch. Fermented in stainless steel with cultured yeast.

A farmhouse ale brewed with water from our dam, grains sourced from the wheatbelt of W.A. and Australian Hops. Naturally fermented and aged in barrique prior to a secondary ferment in bottle. These ales will be released as 250 bottle barrel batches after bottle conditioning.
Barrel #1 Albino Pinot Natural
An ale with premium pilsner malt and cascade hops, fermented with pinot noir rose natural ferment yeast lees. Left to mature in a singular barrel for a year prior to hand bottling. Available Here.
TRADITIONAL FARMHOUSE CIDER
A traditional dry sparkling cider. Cold pressed from 13 different varieties of real cider apples sourced from the great southern region of Western Australia. Including: Browns Apple, Yarlington Mill, Improved Foxwhelp, Bramley, Alfreston, Striped Beefing, Castle Major, Somerset Red Streak, Jonagold, Dabinet, Sweet Coppin, Breakwells Seedling, Brabant Bellefeur, Sugarloaf Pippin and Brown Snout.
Fermented in oak with a wild/mixed culture and bottle conditioned with no fining or filtration. The cider is naturally cloudy and will develop beautifully with age.
